In 2019, I created a proprietary Agile People Strategy Diagnostic. In my work with seven companies from different industries, I was stuck by how rudimentary the use of people analytics was in decisions. While the top layers of HR Executive Teams managed to get data together due to having support teams, as you go deep into the organization, most HR Business Partners struggeled to bring analytics into their business conversations. But surprisingly, they did not even have (intuitive) access to most data for any meaningful analysis.
New age enterprises will create enoromus data with the mis of physical+digital and human+machine dimensions.
